1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Conquest Pest Control, also operating as Conquest Pest Services (“Conquest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a DBA of Pittalia & Brothers LLC, a Texas limited liability company, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit conquestpestservices.com (the “Site”) or contact us for pest control services in the Greater Houston, Texas area.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you request a quote, contact us, or request an estimate, we collect what you enter into our forms:

• Contact details: name, phone number, email address.
• Service details: service address, the pest or service you’re asking about, and any message or notes you provide.
• Contact preference: whether you’d like us to reach you by call, text, or email.
• Estimate requests: if you request an estimate, that form is hosted by our estimate-request partner (Typeform) and the same categories of information are collected there and shared with us.
• Customer account information: if you’re an existing customer, our online customer portal (GorillaDesk) may collect service history, scheduling, and billing information you provide there, governed by this policy and, where GorillaDesk provides its own notices, those as well.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we automatically collect certain information when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site (for example, from a Google or Facebook ad). Section 4 below covers this in detail.

Phone calls and texts

Some of the phone numbers shown on the Site are call tracking numbers provided by Google, which forward to our regular business line. When you call or text a number shown on the Site, we and Google receive call details — the number you are calling from, the date, time, and length of the call, and which ad, search term, or page brought you to us. We use this to understand which advertising is working. We do not record your calls.

3. How we use it

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your request, schedule service, and provide the pest control services you ask for.
• Send you service-related communications — appointment confirmations, technician arrival updates, and similar operational messages.
• Send you marketing communications — service reminders, seasonal offers, and promotions — by email, text, or phone, where you’ve agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time (see Section 7).
• Measure how people find and use the Site, and improve it.
• Run and measure advertising for Conquest on platforms like Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), including showing you relevant ads and measuring whether they led to a call, text, or form submission.
• Maintain the security of the Site and prevent fraud or abuse of our forms.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your information for any purpose incompatible with the ones described here without updating this policy first.

4. Cookies & tracking technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies — small files stored on your device — in three categories:

• Essential cookies keep the Site working: holding your entries while you fill in a form, remembering your cookie choices, and supporting page caching. The Site can’t function properly without these.
• Analytics cookies, set by Google Analytics, tell us how many people visit, which pages they read, and how they found us.
• Advertising cookies, set by Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), measure whether an ad led to a call, text, or form submission, and let us show ads to people who have visited the Site.

Analytics and advertising cookies generally last between 90 days and two years, depending on the provider. Non-essential cookies load automatically when you visit; you can decline them using the controls at the end of this section.

We may also use similar tools from Google and Meta to build advertising audiences — for example, showing ads to past visitors or to people who resemble our customers. Where we share information with Google or Meta for this purpose (such as a hashed version of your email or phone number for ad matching), this counts as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under some state privacy laws, even though no money changes hands. Section 7 explains how to opt out.

Your choices. [Cookie preferences link — link this text to the cookie preferences tool in the footer] shows the cookies currently in use and lets you decline the non-essential ones. You can also block cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work as intended if you do. To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, Google offers a browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Industry-wide opt-outs for interest-based advertising are available at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a request to opt out of targeted advertising and any sale or sharing of your information.

5. Who we share it with

We share information with the following categories of service providers, each of whom processes it only to provide their service to us:

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own independent use, and we do not share it with unrelated companies for marketing purposes. We may share information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or sale of the business).

6. Email and text message communications

How you agree to receive them. When you submit a form on our Site, a notice next to the submit button tells you that submitting the form means you agree to receive email and SMS communications from us. Submitting the form is how you give that consent.

Those communications include:

• Service messages — appointment confirmations, technician arrival updates, quotes, and similar messages tied to a service or request.
• Marketing messages — seasonal offers, service reminders, and promotions.

How to stop them. You can opt out at any time, and opting out of marketing doesn’t affect messages about a service you’ve already scheduled:

• Texts: reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or email us at privacy@conquestpestservices.com.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agreeing to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing our services.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we’ve collected about you.
• Access a copy of it.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your information, subject to certain exceptions (for example, records we’re required to keep).
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information and of targeted advertising.
• Obtain a copy of your data in a portable format.

How to make a request

Email us at privacy@conquestpestservices.com, or write to us at the address in Section 11. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request, and we will not discriminate against you for making one.

We will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you within those first 45 days and may take up to 45 additional days.

You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request for you. We may ask the agent to show that you gave them permission, and we may ask you to verify your own identity directly.

If we deny your request

You may appeal by emailing privacy@conquestpestservices.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We will respond in writing within 60 days and explain our reasoning. If we deny your appeal, we will provide you with a method to submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General, who accepts consumer privacy complaints at texasattorneygeneral.gov.

Opting out of marketing and tracking

To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email. To stop marketing texts, reply STOP. To opt out of interest-based advertising cookies, use [Cookie preferences link — link this text to the cookie preferences tool in the footer] or your browser settings, or set a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor automatically. The Google and industry opt-out tools listed in Section 4 are also available.

8. Data retention & security

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide services to you, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. In general, quote and contact requests that don’t become customers are kept for a limited period for follow-up and record-keeping, and customer records are kept for as long as you remain a customer and for a period afterward to meet tax, warranty, and legal requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here; please check back periodically.
